Below-ground depth setups
Per below-ground service: how deep work is actually done at each band — crew, machine, shields or benching, and metres per day including laying. A deep line prices entirely from its service's band setup, replacing the item's base labour and plant; the line's own pipe and bedding materials are kept. A service without its own setups uses the shared fallback.
Plant and equipment
Owned or hired gear charged to jobs. Assign it to rate items in the library ("Plant on this activity"); the cost per unit follows the item's production rate, same time logic as labour. Per-day rates use productive hours per day.
